Please read these terms carefully before using Spikable. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or placing an order through Spikable (spikable.com), a service operated by Doctor Boost Co., Ltd., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), whether or not you have read them in full.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms before placing each order. Continued use of Spikable after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Description of Services

Spikable is a social media marketing (SMM) panel that provides promotional services designed to enhance the visibility and appearance of social media accounts. Our services include, but are not limited to, the delivery of followers, likes, views, comments, and engagement metrics across the following platforms:

  • Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter)
  • Spotify, Telegram, Threads, Twitch, Kick
  • LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, VK
  • Website SEO signals, Reviews & Maps, and other supported platforms
Important Disclosure

All followers, likes, views, and engagement metrics delivered by Spikable are artificial and not real individuals or authentic organic interactions, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific service name or description.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Spikable. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. Spikable does not knowingly provide services to minors. If we discover that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to immediately terminate that account.

You must not use Spikable if you are located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, OFAC sanctions, or any other applicable trade restriction. By using our platform, you represent that you are not on any restricted or sanctioned list.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Spikable complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

To access Spikable's services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to keep your account information up to date at all times.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must not share your login credentials with anyone else.
  • You must not create multiple accounts. If your account is suspended, opening a new account will result in permanent termination, including forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Please notify us immediately at admin@spikable.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Orders & Payment

All orders are prepaid. You must add funds to your Spikable account balance before placing any order. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card, Stripe, Cryptocurrency, and other supported methods

All prices are displayed on the platform and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The applicable price is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Spikable reserves the right to modify service rates at any time. Rate changes do not affect orders already in progress.

No Chargeback Policy

By completing a payment, you agree that you will not file a dispute, chargeback, or reversal against Spikable for any reason. Filing a chargeback may result in immediate account termination and recovery of any delivered services.

Fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen payment methods, will result in immediate and permanent account termination. There are no exceptions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable to your original payment method. Once a deposit has been completed, it cannot be reversed. All funds are credited to your Spikable account balance and must be used for orders on the platform.

In summary: orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. If an order is determined to be non-deliverable, or is only partially delivered, a credit equal to the undelivered value is returned to your Spikable account balance. Some services include a refill guarantee (clearly labeled, with a duration that varies by service); all other services are delivered as-is.

Service Delivery & Disclaimer

Spikable does not guarantee a specific delivery time for any service. All timeframes provided on the platform are estimates only. We will not issue refunds for orders that are processing if a user considers them to be taking too long.

Spikable does not guarantee a specific drop rate for any service. Social media platforms may remove or reduce delivered metrics at their own discretion. Spikable is not responsible for any reduction in followers, likes, views, or other metrics after delivery.

Spikable reserves the right to substitute a service type if necessary to fulfill an order, at our discretion, while maintaining the equivalent quantity and value.

Platform Risk

Spikable is not liable for any account suspension, restriction, content removal, or penalty imposed by any social media platform as a result of using our services.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Spikable for any of the following:

  • Ordering services for accounts you do not own or have explicit permission to promote
  • Using multiple services simultaneously on the same social media account or URL
  • Uploading, submitting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, or violates any other party's rights
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Spikable platform or its underlying systems
  • Creating fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts on Spikable
  • Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the Spikable platform
  • Reselling Spikable services in a manner that violates these Terms

Any malicious or abusive activity may result in account suspension. Prior to suspension, users will be given a reasonable opportunity to use their remaining balance. Repeated violations will result in permanent termination.

FTC & Platform Compliance

Spikable adheres to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on advertising and transparency. We do not support, encourage, or facilitate deceptive practices, including the misrepresentation of purchased followers, likes, or views as genuine organic engagement.

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Not misrepresent artificial engagement metrics as authentic or organic to anyone
  • Comply with the FTC's rules on endorsements, testimonials, and digital advertising
  • Comply with the Terms of Service of each social media platform for which you order services

Spikable does not endorse any form of deceptive marketing or misleading audience representation. Users are solely responsible for how they utilize delivered services.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on Spikable — including the name “Spikable,” our logo, interface design, and proprietary service methodology — are the exclusive property of Spikable and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Spikable solely for your own personal or business promotional purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Spikable content without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spikable and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, the Spikable platform or services
  • Any suspension, restriction, or penalty imposed on your social media accounts by any platform
  • Loss of followers, likes, views, or other engagement metrics after delivery
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data
  • Any loss of business, revenue, profit, or data

In no event shall Spikable's total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you paid to Spikable in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Account Termination

Spikable reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at our sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity or use of unauthorized payment methods
  • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute
  • Abuse of the platform, other users, or Spikable staff
  • Any activity deemed harmful to Spikable or its users

Upon termination, your remaining account balance may be forfeited if the termination is the result of a Terms violation. Spikable is not obligated to provide compensation or explanation for terminated accounts in cases of policy abuse.

Changes to Terms & Contact

Spikable reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of Spikable after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Privacy Policy describes how Spikable, a service operated by Doctor Boost Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our website at spikable.com and any associated subdomains or services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By registering or placing an order on Spikable, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

We take your privacy seriously and will use your personal information only as described in this policy.

We collect the following categories of information when you use Spikable:

Information you provide directly

  • Name and email address (during registration)
  • Username and password for your Spikable account
  • Social media account URLs or usernames submitted with orders
  • Communications you send to our support team

Information collected automatically

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent on the Platform, and referral URLs
  • Order history and transaction records
  • Cookie and session data (see Section 6)

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as government identification numbers, health information, or biometric data.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery: Processing and fulfilling your orders
  • Account management: Creating and maintaining your Spikable account
  • Communication: Sending order confirmations, support responses, and service updates

  • Service delivery: Order data (such as social media URLs and service quantities) is processed within our platform systems solely to fulfill your order
  • Payment processing: Payment data is handled securely by our designated payment processor(s) to complete your transaction (see Section 5)
  • Platform analytics: Usage data may be analyzed in aggregate and anonymized form to improve our services
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of Spikable or its users

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone for marketing purposes. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Payment Data

Spikable does not directly store, process, or have access to your full payment card details. All payment transactions are handled securely by our designated payment processor(s): Credit/Debit Card, Stripe, Cryptocurrency, and other supported methods.

These payment processors maintain compliance with industry-standard security requirements, including PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). When you submit payment information, it is transmitted directly and securely to the payment processor — Spikable never receives or retains your raw card data.

We retain only transaction records (amount, date, and status) for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.

Cookies & Tracking

Spikable uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser.

Types of cookies we use

  • Essential cookies: Required for the Platform to function (e.g., session management, authentication). These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the Platform. Data is collected in aggregate and anonymized where possible.
  • Preference cookies: Remember your settings and preferences for a better experience.

You can control or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality. Refer to your browser's “Help” section for instructions on managing cookies.

We use analytics tools that may set cookies to help us understand Platform usage. Data collected through these tools is used solely for internal improvement purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.

  • Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of disputes or legal claims
  • Order records: Retained for a minimum of 3 years for accounting and compliance purposes
  • Support communications: Retained for up to 2 years after the case is resolved

When personal data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it. You may request earlier deletion subject to the conditions in Section 10.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. These include:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our Platform
  • Encrypted storage of sensitive account information
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
  • Regular security reviews and monitoring

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and disclaim liability for breaches resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Spikable operates on a global basis. Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

When transferring data internationally, we take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data is handled securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including the use of data transfer agreements where required.

By using Spikable, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in countries where our platform operates.

  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements

Please note that certain data may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes even after a deletion request.

Children's Privacy

Spikable is intended solely for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a person under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete that information and terminate the associated account.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures regarding deposits, cancellations, refunds, and service refills on Spikable. This document forms an integral part of and supplements Section 6 of our Terms of Service. By placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

Policy Overview

Please note that all eligible refunds on Spikable are strictly issued as Spikable Account Credit. We do not process monetary refunds back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or bank account) under any circumstances. Account credits can be applied seamlessly toward any future orders within the platform.

Deposits & Account Balance

  • Currency Standard: All account balances, deposits, and internal credits are strictly maintained and calculated in United States Dollars (USD). Spikable is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from international currency exchange rates or bank-imposed fees.
  • Finality of Deposits: All deposits made to your Spikable account are final and non-refundable to the original payment method. Once a funding transaction is successfully completed, it cannot be reversed.
  • Platform Use Only: All deposited funds are securely credited to your Spikable account balance. These funds are intended solely for purchasing services on our platform and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

Order Cancellations

We process orders rapidly through automated systems to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, cancellation requests are subject to strict limitations:

  • Eligible Status: You may request to cancel an order only while its status is marked as Pending and processing has not yet commenced.
  • Ineligible Status: Once an order transitions to In Progress, Processing, Partial, or Completed, it is fully integrated into our provider's systems and can no longer be cancelled or intercepted.
  • Cancellation Process: To request a cancellation for a Pending order, please contact our Support Team immediately (refer to Section 08). If successfully intercepted and approved, the full order value will be credited back to your Spikable account balance.

Refunds & Account Credits

In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled, Spikable will issue a credit equal to the undelivered value back to your account balance. This policy applies strictly under the following circumstances:

  • The order is flagged as permanently non-deliverable by our system.
  • The order fails to initiate within the service's designated Service Level Agreement (SLA) — typically 48 to 72 hours — and cannot be fulfilled.
  • A cancellation request is successfully approved while the order remains in the Pending status.

Note: All approved credits will be reflected in your Spikable account balance within 1–3 business days.

Pro-Rated Credits for Partial Delivery

Due to the nature of social media services, orders may occasionally be delivered partially. If an order cannot be fully completed:

  • Only the undelivered portion will be calculated and credited back to your account balance.
  • The portion of the service that was successfully delivered remains final and non-refundable.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Criteria

To maintain the integrity of our services and prevent abuse, Spikable will not issue refunds or account credits under the following conditions:

  • User Error (Invalid Data): Orders submitted with incorrect URLs, invalid links, or misspelled usernames.
  • Private Accounts: Orders placed for private or restricted profiles (ensure your account is set to 'Public' prior to ordering).
  • Concurrent Orders: Orders where multiple similar services were run simultaneously on the identical account or URL, causing system overlap and tracking failures.
  • Modified Links: Orders where the target link or username was altered, deleted, or changed after the order was submitted.
  • Third-Party Platform Updates (Force Majeure): Sudden metric drops caused by major algorithm updates, security sweeps, or policy changes implemented by the target social media networks, unless explicitly covered by an active Refill Guarantee.
  • Account Suspensions: Orders delivered to accounts that are subsequently suspended, banned, or restricted by the respective social media platform due to the user's independent violation of that platform's terms.
  • Standard Delays: Delivery delays that still fall within the service's estimated processing timeframe.
  • Post-Delivery Fluctuations: Metric drops that occur after delivery for services explicitly labeled without a refill guarantee.

We strongly urge you to review all order details carefully prior to submission. Spikable assumes no liability for user errors or misplaced orders.

Service Refill Guarantees

Select services on Spikable include a Refill Guarantee, which will be explicitly labeled on the specific service page (e.g., 30 Days, 60 Days, 365 Days, or Lifetime).

  • Eligible Refills: If a drop in metrics occurs within the designated refill period, you may request a refill at no additional cost.
  • Processing Timeframe: Once a refill request is verified and approved by our Support Team, the refill delivery will systematically commence within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • As-Is Services: Services that do not explicitly state a refill guarantee are provided "as-is" and do not include post-delivery refill protection.

Resolution & Support Procedures

If you need to request a refund, account credit, cancellation, or refill, our Support Team is ready to assist you:

  • Support Ticket (Recommended): Open a support ticket directly through your Spikable dashboard. This is the most efficient method and allows for comprehensive tracking of your request.
  • Email Escalation: If you are unable to access your dashboard, you may email us at admin@spikable.com.

To expedite your resolution, please ensure you include your Order ID and a concise description of the issue in your initial communication.

Disputes & Chargeback Policy

We are committed to resolving any issues amicably and efficiently. If you believe an order was mishandled, you must contact our Support Team first.

Filing a payment dispute, reversal, or chargeback with your financial institution without prior communication with Spikable constitutes a direct material breach of our Terms of Service (see Section 5). Such actions will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your Spikable account, forfeiture of any remaining balances, and the systemic reversal or recovery of any previously delivered services.
